Finding the right guidance for one of the most important decisions in your life deserves careful consideration — and I appreciate that you are here.

HOUSE OF TIZI is more than a real estate agency. It is a philosophy. Of living with intention, beauty and purpose. Of finding the place where your story can unfold. Here you will find full support for all your real estate affairs in Spain — as well as the inspiration to shape the life you have been dreaming of. My name is Tiziana, founder of House Of TIZI.

Originally from the Netherlands, with French roots, and now based in Valencia. I specialise in residential properties across the region of Valencia and the Costa Blanca, working independently.  Every client receives personal attention, honest advice and direct communication.

With more than five years of experience in the Spanish real estate market, I assist international clients in buying, selling and investing. Beyond the transaction, I support my clients with notary appointments, administrative procedures, translations and official documents. A real estate service should not end the moment you sign.

Fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and French, I connect people from different cultures and backgrounds — and I understand what it means to build a life somewhere new.

To me, a home is more than bricks and walls. It is where memories are made and stories begin.

Transparency and communication is king for me. Perseverance is queen. Nothing is impossible. Everybody deserves to find their home — whatever the shape or size.

You are searching for your dream home, a holiday retreat, an investment or preparing to sell — I am honoured to guide you every step of the way.

This is where your dream begins.

Tiziana
